Visitor Booking & Arrival Information

Welcome to Trentham Park Golf Club. We’re delighted you’re planning a visit. Below is all the key information you’ll need to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

 

Booking a Tee Time

Visitor Details Required at Booking
Please provide:

  • Full Name
    - Email Address (used for confirmation)
    - Phone Number (optional but helpful)
  • Payment
    - All tee times must be paid for at the time of booking.
    - Payment can be made online or over the phone.
    - Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

 

Arrival & Check-In

Where to Go

  • Park in the main car park next to the clubhouse we also have limited accessible parking facilities.
  • Report to the Pro Shop at least 20 minutes before your tee time.
  • Staff will confirm your booking and provide any additional guidance.

First-Time Visitors

If it’s your first visit, we’ll be happy to give you a quick introduction to the course, facilities, and any local rules. Just ask at check-in.

 

Emergency Information/First Aid

We have a defibrillator adjacent the pro shop

In case of a medical emergency contact the Pro Shop.

If any incidents or accidents happen during your visit, please inform the professional shop or email manager@trenthamparkgolfclub.com

 

Dress Code Minimum Requirements

Smart golf attire is always required.

Not permitted: Jeans, football shirts, or tracksuits (on the course or in the clubhouse).

  • No hats to be worn in the main lounge of the clubhouse, mobile phones are not permitted in the main lounge.
  • Shirts should always tucked in.
  • If you are not sure check with our professional who has a fully stocked shop and will advise.

 

Facilities & Extras

Buggy Hire (buggy policies available on our website)

  • Buggies are available (subject to conditions and availability). Please request when booking or on arrival, a copy of the buggy policy to be signed.  

Food & Drink

  • Our kitchen offers hot meals and snacks during opening hours.
  • Bar snacks are available when the kitchen is closed.
  • The bar is open during clubhouse hours.
  • Ask about today’s specials or book a table in advance if you're visiting as a group.

 

Before You Tee Off

  • You’ve checked in at the Pro Shop
  • You know where your tee is located
  • You’re aware of the pace-of-play expectations (keep up with the group ahead)

 

Course Information

  • Our tees are gender free always remember “Pace of Play”.
  • We have practice facilities (practice green nets, short game and long game practice areas).
  • In addition to buggy hire we also have trolly hire (electric & limited electric)
  • Please be aware we have a winter policy for trollies & winter fairway mats when conditions dictate.
  • Shoe cleaning air gun available near the green keeper’s compound.
