Out of Bounds: 

Beyond any boundary hedge, fence, or white marker post. 

Ground under Repair (Rule 16)

Relief must be taken from all areas marked with white lines. The ball must be lifted and dropped without penalty. This includes tractor tyre marks, all drainage areas, footpaths, and gravelled paths. 

Penalty Areas (Rule 17)

Red penalty areas marked with red stakes (Rule 17.1d[3]).

Immovable Obstructions (Rule 16)

All manhole covers, fixed sprinkler heads, artificially constructed roads/paths, benches, yardage markers. Relief may be taken without penalty. Any permanent structures on the course.

Bridges

A bridge is part of the penalty area, refer to Rule 17.1b - the player may play the ball as it lies or take penalty relief. Rule 17.1d applies. 

Suspension of play

A suspension of play for a dangerous situation will be signalled by two blows of the Klaxon. All other suspensions will be signalled by one blow of the Klaxon. In either case, resumption of play will be signalled by one blow of the Klaxon.

Distance markers are measured to the centre of the green.
