1. OUT OF BOUNDS (Rule 18.2)

1. Beyond any fence, wall or hedge bounding the course.
2. On or over the tarmac roadway to the right of the 10th hole.
3. The practice putting green.
4. On or over any pathway surrounding the clubhouse, including the car park.
5. The planted areas surrounding the putting green, behind the 9th green and to the right of the 18th green.
   ‌

2. ABNORMAL COURSE CONDITIONS (Rule 16.1)

1. The tarmac portion of the path on holes 7 and 11 and all wooden-edged (both sides), rubber crumb and grow-through paths.
2. The gazebo, including it's shuttered foundation, to the left of the 7th green (relief may be taken by dropping a ball within one club-length of the red disc located on the grass beyond the gazebo between the path and the wall).
3. Pop up sprinkler heads and irrigation covers (in addition to the types of interference described in Rule16.1a, when a ball lies in the general area, interference also exists if such an immovable obstruction is on the players line of play, is within two club-lengths of the putting green and within two club-lengths of the ball).
4. Huts, timber steps, fairway distance marker discs, waste bins and ball washers.
5. The bell and it's support on the left side of the 12th fairway.
6. Ground under repair is defined as any area encircled by a white line.
7. Young trees marked with a stake or plastic guard netting.
8. The drainage channels on the 4th, 5th, 11th and 12th holes and any recently treated winter tees are defined as no play zones and relief must be taken in accordance with Rule 16.1b

3. INTEGRAL OBJECTS
All walls, fences natural paths and tracks are integral objects. The ball must be played as it lies or declared unplayable (Rule 19).

4. RED PENALTY AREA (Rule 17)
Left of the 7th green, this is defined by red stakes/lines and the pump-house, tanks, steps and hedge are all within a red penalty area.
